Easy Taco Bowl Salad for Dinner

Dreaming of this taco salad bowl for din din tonight!! Simple ingredients with just the good stuff.

  • Grass-fed ground beef cooked w/cumin, chili powder, paprika, s&p.
  • Cauliflower rice heated up with fresh lime juice and cilantro
  • Other toppings include lettuce, tomatoes, avocado, red bell peppers, scallions and hot sauce

You can also kick it up a notch with plain Greek yogurt and add a little hot sauce!! (a sour cream substitute)
