Easy Lemon Aloe Vera Juice Recipe

Hydrating Juice Blend with Lemon, Ginger and Aloe Vera

Do you ever feel fatigued, dehydrated, dizzy, or quenched for thirst? You are most likely dehydrated and not drinking enough water throughout the day.  And by doing so, you are speeding up the aging process and drying out your skin. 

Plus your organs are working overtime drawing liquid from other sources such as your blood, cell fluid, and urine.  If the body is dehydrated, you are essentially starving your organs and impacting your physical and emotional strength which is why it is so important to stay hydrated.

One way to keep hydrated is to drink a glass of water when you first wake up. Add it to your morning routine, and if you do not have a morning routine then start by drinking 16oz. water first thing. If you find plain water boring add fresh lemon juice. Rule of thumb is to drink eight 8oz. glasses of water a day.

Some mornings I like to switch it up by adding fresh ginger and aloe vera gel. This blend is so hydrating plus check out some of the amazing benefits.

Easy Lemon Aloe Vera Juice Recipe

  • Yield: Serves 1 1x


  • 16oz water
  • 1/2 juice of lemon
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger
  • 2 tbsp aloe vera gel (store-bought gel or the gel from the leaf)


  1. For the aloe vera leaf- rinse the aloe vera leaf and chop the amount wanted. Slice the skin completely off each side of the leaf, removing the gooey gel.
  2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high for about 30 seconds. Pour in a glass. Optional- Add a dash of coconut sugar, monk fruit or honey for added flavor.
  3. Store the remaining aloe vera leaf in the refrigerator.
