It’s perfect to drink first thing in the morning as part of your morning routine or paired with overnights oats for breakfast and even by itself for a mid day refreshing snack. This version was tweaked from the green juice I created about three years ago. New and improved with collagen for added protein.
It’s refreshing and full of flavor from the sweetness of the apple, spicy bite from the ginger, sweet and sour from the lemon. Below are the super foods that create this one of kind juice blend.

- 1 cup baby kale
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 apple
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 1 scoop collagen powder
- 1 1/2 cup water
- handful of ice
