Mint Mocha Smoothie

Here is a dessert flavor morning fare without the guilt!! Chocolate feels like an over the top indulgent for breakfast but not with this powerhouse smoothie.  This little number is loaded with protein, fiber and healthy fats that will keep you full for hours. The creaminess comes from the frozen cauliflower tied together with a minty taste from the peppermint extract.

Mint Mocha Smoothie


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scoops 20/20 f factor chocolate protein powder
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/8 tsp peppermint extract
  • 1/2 cup black coffee
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Blend for one minute.
  2. Top with basil seeds and cacao powder.
