MANGO SMOOTHIE BOWL

Check out this fun and refreshing smoothie from my Wellness Cleanse Program.

One of the main benefit of this cleanse is that you get to narrow things down and start to figure out what works for YOU. 

Serves 2

1 cup mango, fresh or frozen

1 banana, small

½ cup coconut water

1 scoop protein powder

2 tablespoons of flax or chia seed

2 tablespoons raw cacao nibs

2 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes

¼ cup blueberries

Add mango, banana, coconut water, protein powder and flax/chia seed to a high-speed blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, and blueberries.
