How to lose weight with a Strawberry Smoothie!

BREAKFAST SMOOTHIE

If your goal is to shed a few pounds then I highly suggest to kick off each morning with a smoothie. Make sure to always include my PF ² requirements in each meal or smoothie- Protein, Healthy Fats & Fiber. The PF ² combo will keep you satisfied until your next meal, keep your blood sugar level balanced and have no cravings.

This small serving will hit the spot ⤵️

4 Strawberries 🍓

1 tbsp Coconut Oil (Healthy fats)

1 scoop Vanilla Collagen Powder (Protein)

1 tbsp Chia Seeds (Fiber)

1/2 cup Frozen Rice Cauliflower

1 cup Almond Milk 👉🏼

Blend & top w/slivered almonds and mint.
