Easy Blueberry Chia Seed Pudding

Seeing as blueberries are among the most beneficial of health-boosting superfoods that exist, thought it’d be a good idea to give an example of how you can use blueberries in a simple, tasty, and healthy dessert recipe!

Healthy Blueberry Pudding Recipe:

To preserve their nutritional content, make every effort to eat blueberries in their fresh, natural form.

INGREDIENTS:
• 1.5 cup almond or coconut milk
• 2 avocados
• 1 cup blueberries
• 1/3 cup ground chia seed
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
• 1-2 tablespoon raw honey

DIRECTIONS:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-powered blender.
2. Refrigerate for four hours. Top with yogurt, granola and more blueberries.
Serves 3-4.
