This chocolate chia pudding wtih raspberries is my go-to breakfast on my Wellness Cleanse Program. It’s quick to prep the night before and keeps me full all morning long. It’s also a great snack to curb any sugar cravings after lunch or dinner.
Serves 1-2
⅓ cup chia seeds
1 tablespoon cacao powder
1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
1 ½ cup non-dairy milk like coconut milk
1 cup fresh raspberries
Mix chia seeds, cacao powder, sweetener, and non-dairy milk together in a small mixing bowl. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then mix. Refrigerate for 1-3 hours or overnight to thicken. Top with raspberries
